Yes. TabloCart is an optional accessory for the Tablo Hemodialysis System. Tablo operates fully and can successfully deliver dialysis treatments without TabloCart. Customers with harsh incoming water may experience a higher frequency of integrated filter changes on Tablo without TabloCart’s prefiltration option.
What does the TabloCart prefiltration option include?

When TabloCart is configured with prefiltration, the cart has replaceable, large-capacity cartridge filters (sediment and/or carbon) that serve as “prefilters” to help remove sediment and minerals from supply water before it enters the Tablo System’s integrated Water Purification System. The cart with prefiltration also includes a backflow preventer and a booster pump to transport water from the incoming supply to the Tablo System.
