im Mazzola joined Outset in January 2022. He brings more than 30 years of investor relations, financial communication, public affairs and marketing communication experience from early and later-stage technology, medical product and biotechnology companies. Prior to Outset, he most recently led Investor Relations and Communication for Turning Point Therapeutics from a private company through its initial public offering and multiple financings. He previously led Investor Relations, Communication and Corporate Marketing for CareFusion from its spinoff from Cardinal Health through its sale to BD. Earlier in his career, he led Corporate Communication for Cardinal Health and Global Product Communication and Chairman’s Communication for Dell.

Jim earned his undergraduate degree in Communication and an MBA from the University of Dayton.
